Hello there! Thank you for taking time to find me and let me introduce myself. As a self-made entrepreneur since 2012, I have created my own businesses from the Pet Industry to Graphic Design and now the wedding world. I was first introduced to the wedding industry providing makeup services to brides across the Gulf Coast. I loved preparing brides before their big day and enjoyed sharing my creativity as well. While planning my own wedding from start to finish, I fell in love with the planning process and quickly realized all of my experience and knowledge in business, organization, planning, design and details have specially formulated me to become the planner I am today. It felt like the wedding industry was screaming my name & I quickly found myself in the perfect world to offer my passion & creativity to excited couples across the Gulf Coast.
After going back to school I graduated with degrees in English, Education & Communications from The University of West Florida. I launched Chelsea McBrien Weddings & Events & never looked back! In my second year of business we were honored to be awarded Pensacola's Best Wedding Planning service. I mean it when I say my clients are truly the best. I couldn't be more thankful for this dream job. I also truly love tasting every cake at every wedding. It's a real moment for me and I love standing back at the end of a perfect wedding with a big grin on my face knowing my bride is her most happiest!
When Iโm not behind my portfolio & laptop, you can find me out & about with my husband and three girls, Molly, Everley & Ellanore. We love traveling & going on adventures. We take total advantage of the abundance of sunshine every chance we get.

How many weddings have you planned?
With over 100 weddings under our belts, we are highly experienced in our industry and are prepared for any situation that might come up during the planning process! We have planned weddings from Mississippi to Central Florida and beyond! Every wedding is unique and special in their own way and we have a pride in every wedding we help plan and coordinate. It is our honor and privilege to be awarded Pensacola's Best Wedding Planner in 2023.

We sure do! From wedding photographers to ๏ฌorists and caterers, weโve worked with some of the best companies in the industry & would love to share their information with you! Upon booking with our team you will receive our special Vendor Collection and insider access to the most premier vendors in our region! How do you deal with
wedding day disasters?
We always make sure there is a back-up plan for every situation. By staying organized and maintaining clear communication throughout the planning process, we do our best to eliminate issues before they arise. We use our best judgement to ensure details and last minute emergencies are handled with ease. Communication is pivotal in our execution to ensure you and your guests are pleased with our services. We ask that communication stays flowing during the planning process so all of your expectations are met seamlessly.
Will you handle our contracts
and vendor payments?
For your convenience, we do not handle the payments but we will always prefer to review your contracts with you. Contracts are vital to ensure everyone is on the same page and we want to ensure you have everything you need with all of your vendors.
