Hi, Iโm Chelsea McBrien, founder and owner of Chelsea McBrien Weddings & Events. My entrepreneurial journey began in 2012 with businesses in the pet care, graphic design, and cosmetics industries. It was through bridal makeup that I was first introduced to the wedding world, and I quickly fell in love with the energy, creativity, and joy that came with helping couples celebrate their big day. Weddings captivated me from the very beginning, not just for their beauty and emotion, but for the powerful opportunity they offer to create something truly personal and lasting. I found myself drawn to every detail, from timelines to table-scapes, and I knew I had discovered more than a job, Iโd found my calling. Thereโs nothing more fulfilling than bringing a coupleโs dream day to life and watching it unfold with intention, elegance, and heart.
With degrees in English, Education, and Communications from Pensacola State College & the University of West Florida, Iโve combined my background in business and design with a deep passion for planning. That unique blend of experience led me to launch Chelsea McBrien Weddings & Events, where I now have the privilege of turning my clientsโ visions into unforgettable celebrations across the Gulf Coast. In our second year, we were honored to be named Pensacolaโs Best Wedding Planning Serviceโa reflection of the amazing couples Iโve had the joy of serving. Whether itโs managing details behind the scenes or sharing in a slice of wedding cake, I truly love what I do and feel incredibly grateful to walk alongside my clients during such a meaningful season of life.

How do you deal with
wedding day disasters?
We always make sure there is a back-up plan for every situation. By staying organized and maintaining clear communication throughout the planning process, we do our best to eliminate issues before they arise. We use our best judgement to ensure details and last minute emergencies are handled with ease. Communication is pivotal in our execution to ensure you and your guests are pleased with our services. We ask that communication stays flowing during the planning process so all of your expectations are met seamlessly.
Will you handle our contracts
and vendor payments?
For your convenience, we do not handle the payments but we will always prefer to review your contracts with you. Contracts are vital to ensure everyone is on the same page and we want to ensure you have everything you need with all of your vendors.
