Hi, I’m Chelsea McBrien, founder and lead planner of Chelsea McBrien Weddings & Events. I help busy couples transform their vision into a beautifully organized and meaningful celebration without the stress of managing every detail themselves. My goal is to make planning feel clear, enjoyable, and exciting so you can focus on the moments that matter most.

What sets my approach apart is the personal experience I provide. I take the time to understand your priorities, style, and story, ensuring every recommendation and planning decision reflects what matters most to you. No two weddings are alike, and your planning experience shouldn't be either.

With a background in English, Education, and Communications, I bring a thoughtful blend of creativity, organization, and problem-solving to every event. From vendor coordination and logistics to design guidance and wedding day management, I work behind the scenes to create a seamless experience from start to finish.

When you work with me, you can expect clear communication, trusted guidance, and a planner who genuinely cares about your experience. It is an honor to walk alongside my couples during one of life's most meaningful seasons, helping them feel confident, supported, and cared for every step of the way.

How many weddings have you planned?

With over 150 weddings under our belts, we are highly experienced in our industry and are prepared for any situation that might come up during the planning process! We have planned weddings from Mississippi to Central Florida and beyond! Every wedding is unique and special in their own way and we have a pride in every wedding we help plan and coordinate. It is our honor and privilege to be awarded Pensacola's Best Wedding Planner in 2023.  

Do you have a list of
preferred vendors?

We sure do! From wedding photographers to florists and caterers, we’ve worked with some of the best companies in the industry & would love to share their information with you! Upon booking with our team you will receive our special Vendor Collection and insider access to the most premier vendors in our region! We have hand selected extraordinary vendors to come together and create your Wedding Dream Team!

How do you deal with
wedding day disasters?

We always make sure there is a back-up plan for every situation. By staying organized and maintaining clear communication throughout the planning process, we do our best to eliminate issues before they arise. We use our best judgement to ensure details and last minute emergencies are handled with ease. Communication is pivotal in our execution to ensure you and your guests are pleased with our services. We ask that communication stays flowing during the planning process so all of your expectations are met seamlessly. 

Will you handle our contracts
and vendor payments?

For your convenience, we do not handle the payments but we will always prefer to review your contracts with you. Contracts are vital to ensure everyone is on the same page and we want to ensure you have everything you need with all of your vendors.
